Tasks of the General Manager
The incumbent is subject to the general direction of the Dean of the College
Direct financial, administrative and inventory authorities within the limits of the powers delegated to him.
Supervise all financial, administrative, storage and other work in the college
Follow up the implementation of the laws, regulations and decisions in force within the scope of his supervision
Supervise the distribution and coordination of work between the organizational divisions of the college
Determine work plans within the college and issue decisions that ensure the achievement of the objectives
set and control the implementation of decisions
Supervise the preparation of the draft budget and implement its plan in terms of conformity and not exceeding the items
Attend meetings and committees in the college and university administration
