Networks and technical support
It aims to create an integrated telecommunications network architecture to optimize the use of ICT by providing the following activities:
* Raising the efficiency of the infrastructure and modernizing it at the college:
-Providing a secure communication and information infrastructure at the college, through which information and communication can be transferred, available and circulated, whether at the local or regional level.
-Enabling and facilitating communication between faculty, staff and students with each other and with the local and regional environment.
-Protecting, securing and monitoring networks - managing servers.
-Operate, maintain and develop the college's network and information infrastructure.
*Legalize the use of operating systems and software and protect devices against viruses:
-Uploading original programs and copying antiviruses.
-Updating hardware software.
-Maintaining computers and printers or supervising maintenance

It aims to create a bilingual electronic portal for Matariya Engineering and its units and research centers using the latest technologies to reflect the news, activities and events of the college and make electronic services available to students, faculty and staff of the college by providing the following services:
-Gathering and publishing college news.
-Display news of conferences and workshops
-Updating the college data on the portal.
-Training and spreading awareness among students on how to benefit from electronic portals.
-Access to study schedules and exams.
-View exam results.
-View the various projects of all departments.
University email
-Create emails for students.
-Creating e-mails for faculty members and their assistants.
-Resolving email issues.
Computer labs
-Supervise the computer labs in the college and maintain the equipment in them.
-Downloading the programs used for students in the labs on the machines.
-Supervising the exams that take place in the laboratories.
