Mission of the unit
Supporting the college's capabilities in upgrading academic and administrative skills and educational processes and achieving quality and competitiveness through wave programs for training, raising competencies and skills, and strengthening the relationship between the university and the fields of work in order to strengthen the interaction between the college community and stakeholders.
Vision of the unit
Reaching a high level of efficiency of human capabilities capable of self-development for all categories of the college community.


General functions of the unit
- Prepare studies on the college's human resources and methods of managing them.
- Preparing training plans and progress reports.
- Preparing databases for training at all levels.
- Creating communication channels between the college's training unit and relevant community organizations.
- Managing the training system within the college in terms of preparing training plans and training programs.
- Prepare cadres of certified trainers in coordination with accredited local and international training institutions.
The functions of the Training Unit Board of Directors are:
- Adopt human resources management and development strategies
- Developing policies that achieve the unit's objectives within the framework of the approved strategy
- Adopting studies, executive plans, financial and temporal frameworks
- Studying reports on the unit's performance and achieving its goals
- Approving the unit's budget and adopting the final account and submitting it to the College Council
- Representing the unit to the Dean and the Faculty Council
- Preparing the unit's annual plan
- Supervising the implementation of the unit's annual plan
- Preparing the unit's annual report
- Organizing and holding seminars and visits related to internal, field and specialized training
- Preparing annual reports on the performance of the unit's employees
- Coordinating with the college departments to implement the annual training plan after its approval by the Board of Directors
- Preparing various reports that may be requested by the Dean of the College or the College Council
- Financial supervision of the various training activities implemented within the framework of the annual plan

The unit's strategic objectives
- Awareness of the concept of continuous training and targeted training to raise capacities and skills while developing the ability to train and self-development.
- Creating continuous mechanisms between the different levels of performance within the college and the different authorities.
- Adopting communication systems, databases and decision support systems in managing a successful human capacity development system.
- Developing human resources as one of the mechanisms to raise the internal efficiency of the educational system within the college.
