About the Department
The department was established by Ministerial Decision No. (1728) dated (12/28/1998) and teaches the following subjects: -

Objectives of the department:
The department teaches undergraduate students at the Faculty of Engineering in Matariya, the Faculty of Engineering in Helwan, and students of the Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts. This is for the purpose of qualifying them in basic science subjects, developing their abilities to imagine, acquiring skills and accuracy, helping them to receive engineering sciences in the different years of study, as well as forming an engineering personality that helps to propose solutions.
