It is one of the units of the Engineering Consulting, Training and Production Center at the Faculty of Engineering - Matareya - Helwan University
Objectives of the unit :
-Preparing designs, executive drawings and specifications for spare parts, equipment and production lines, developing them, rehabilitating them and supervising their implementation in the manufacturing organizations.
-Developing the skills of engineers and technicians through special workshops for beneficiaries to study designs, drawings, specifications, maintenance and rehabilitation works.
-Holding specialized training courses in the fields of executive drawing, design, production, materials, thermal treatments, measurement, inspection and quality control.
-Publishing a series of technical bulletins to serve faculty members and their assistants and design and development engineers in Arab factories, companies and organizations.
-Building a database and activating the role of modern computer programs to serve and deepen local design and manufacturing and keep pace with technological development in the field.
