1) Student Union
1. The Student Union is the legitimate representative through whose committees the students practice their various activities.
2. The Union shall consist of regular college students who are enrolled in the college to obtain a bachelor's degree and who have paid the Union fees
Union .
3. Expatriate students who have paid the Union's fees shall have the right to exercise aspects of the Union's activities without having the right to nominate and elect
the right of nomination and election.
4. The Student Union Council works to achieve the objectives of the Union through the following committees: - -
The Families Committee works to establish families in the college and support their activities.
The Sports Activity Committee works to form sports teams and encourage sports of all kinds by
By holding periodic competitions between different teams and departments.
The Cultural Activity Committee works to organize aspects of cultural activities.
The Rangers Committee works to organize the scouting and guiding movement.
The Social Activity and Trips Committee works to develop social ties.
The Scientific Activity Committee works to develop modern innovations.
Various teams (scientific - environmental - qualitative).
The Faculty Student Union Council is responsible for the following: - -
1- Drawing the Union's policy in light of the programs submitted by the committees.
2- Adopting the work programs of the Union Council committees and following up on their implementation.
3- Distributing financial allocations to the committees and setting the annual budget.
4- Approving the final accounts of the Union.
5- Coordinating work between the Federation's committees.
6- Working to strengthen relations with student unions in other colleges.
7- Electing a secretary and an assistant secretary of the Union Council from among its members.
The Faculty Student Union Council shall be formed annually by the Dean of the College or his representative and the membership of: -
1. Leaders of the Union Council committees from the faculty members.
2. Secretaries and assistant secretaries of the Union Council committees from the students.
3. Students elect a secretary and an assistant secretary from among them.
4. The head of the technical apparatus for youth welfare at the college attends the council meetings and is the treasurer.
Membership conditions for those who apply for membership of the Union Council: - -
1. He must be a citizen of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
2. He must be characterized by good morals and a good reputation.
3. He must be a new student in his band.
4. He must pay the union fees.
5. He must not have been previously sentenced to a punishment restricting freedom.
6. The election of the Federations Council and its committees shall be held no later than the end of November of each year, and a decision shall be issued
From the university president to determine the appropriate dates for the elections for the different levels, and no student has the right
No student has the right to cast his vote unless he is listed in the voter lists of students and carries personal identification.
7. The validity of the elections in the student union committees requires the presence of at least 50% of the students who have the right to vote
If the number is not complete, the elections will be postponed to another date within a period of three days at most
In this case, the validity of the elections requires the presence of at least 20% of the voters.
8. The leader of the Union Council or the committee is responsible for preparing agendas, calling the meeting or managing the session
And follow up the implementation of decisions and communicate the decisions to the Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs and the Dean of the College
Or the Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, as the case may be, as soon as they are issued.
2) Registration of student families :-
1. The leader of the family after its formation submits a family registration application specifying the name of the family leader from the faculty members
And his written consent to lead the family, along with a list of family members so that it is not less than 20 students
As well as the minutes of the family assembly.
2. Membership forms are filled out indicating the conditions of membership approved by the Student Affairs and the family leader.
3. The request for family formation is submitted to the General Leader of the Union for approval.
4. The family pays the registration fee after the approval of the Union General Leader and then completes the registration papers
(Family Program).
5. The approval of the Federation General is taken before practicing any activity for a family.
