Mission of the Training Unit
Supporting the college's capabilities in upgrading academic and administrative skills and educational processes and achieving quality and competitiveness through wave programs for training and raising competencies and skills and strengthening the relationship between the university and the fields of work in order to strengthen the interaction between the college community and stakeholders.

-Awareness of the concept of continuous training and targeted training to raise capabilities and skills while developing the ability to train and self-development.

-Adopting communication systems, databases and decision support systems in managing a successful human capacity development system.
-Developing human resources as one of the mechanisms to raise the internal efficiency of the educational system within the college.
