Tasks of the Graduates Department:

-Dealing with graduates from 1971 to the present to extract the necessary information.

-Receiving clearances and files from the Student Affairs Department.

-Reviewing graduates' clearances from expenses and military education stamps.

-Preparing a statement of success for new graduates.

-Delivering graduate files.

-Issuing payment receipts for the following:

-Five-year Arabic and English estimates.

-Issuing Arabic and English graduation certificates.

-Issuing Arabic and English statements.

-Issuing Arabic and English scientific content.

-Issuing good conduct certificates.

-Prepare a list of graduates and send it to the university along with the exam registration form.

-Keep files and records for ten years.

-Prepare procedures for receiving original certificates.
