Department tasks

-Maintaining administrative records for all academic teams.

-Maintaining recruitment records.

-Issuing receipts for tuition payments.

-Issuing registration certificates/Form No. (208) for pension beneficiaries (21 follow-ups).

-Creating status reports for students transferred from the college to outside the college and for credit hour programs.

-Reviewing student lists for all academic teams based on results.

-Reviewing results after they are received by the department to ensure the accuracy of enrollment statuses.

-Creating petitions for students after results are released.

-Refund fees for approved appeals.

-Create lists of students who are not allowed to take exams (those who have exceeded the age limit, those who have been expelled, and those from outside the college).

Notify the military recruitment office of expelled and overage students, suspend their enrollment, and notify the student at their address and the military recruitment office.

-Issue apologies and suspend enrollment for failure to take the exam.

-Postpone the conscription of all students enrolled in the college who have not exceeded the conscription age.

-Issue ID cards for all college students, review them on the team lists, and send them to the university on CD.

- Prepare lists of students who have obtained good and excellent grades to obtain scholarships for excellence and the secondary school qualifications obtained by the student, as well as those enrolled in the preparatory class.

- Counting students who have obtained American diplomas and I.G.C.S.E certificates and sending letters to the university to determine the Arabic and religion exams for students at their addresses with exam dates.

-Welcoming new students, receiving their files, issuing fee payment receipts, and issuing temporary ID cards for the preparatory band.

-Medical examination of candidate students.

-Issuing letters for AIDS testing for international students.

-Issuing payment receipts for international students in hard currency.

-Registering military training for each student in their respective departments and sending it to the university's military training administration for approval.

-Preparing graduation forms for fourth-year students.

-After the May exam results are announced, sorting files based on results and transferring the files of successful students to higher grades.

-Responding to all student questions and inquiries at any time throughout the academic year.

-Preparing lists of successful bachelor's degree students and sending them to the recruitment office on CD.

-Listing students for summer training for preparatory year students and other years who did not complete training in previous years.

-Prepare financial statements for supervisors, administrators, regular employees, and technical staff on training.
