Organizing sports exhibitions :-
The Faculty Union or any family may organize a student exhibition provided that the following rules are observed: -
1. The exhibition must be held during the academic year.
2. The exhibition must be held inside the college buildings.
3. The exhibition should be limited to books, writing and engineering tools, scientific devices and educational aids.
4. The organizer of the exhibition must submit a letter to obtain the college's approval to hold the exhibition, indicating the nature of the exhibition, its location, the required space, duration and opening date, at least two weeks before the date.
5. The family leader is responsible for implementing the provisions of these regulations for the exhibitions presented by the family, as well as for the leader of the Union in the case of holding exhibitions in the name of the Union.
6. Notify the General Administration of Youth Welfare at the university as soon as it is approved to hold it, and the General Administration of Youth Welfare at the university and youth departments in colleges follow up the exhibition activity and its compliance with the provisions of the regulation by informing the dean of the college of any violations.
7. The University Security Department shall be notified by the Youth Welfare Department of the duration of the exhibition, its opening date, nature and location sufficiently in advance of the opening.
8. The fees decided by the college are paid for the right to use the exhibition space, and these fees are collected in favor of the Student Union.

Formation of sports teams :-
The procedures for forming sports teams are as follows :-
At the beginning of each year, the department announces the formation of sports teams.
1- Applications for participation in sports teams (each game separately) are accepted.
2- A committee is formed that includes the leader of the sports committee and the supervisor to conduct qualifications in each game and select the most suitable elements to represent the college later.
3- A committee shall be formed to purchase the sports teams' clothes.
4- Sports clothes are distributed to team members according to the distribution list and according to the available possibilities.
A timetable is prepared for practicing the activity in each game.
